Places offered and first preferences: DfE, Primary and secondary school applications and offers (school level, Open Government Licence). "Put it first, not offered it" is DfE's number of first preferences less its number of first-preference offers. Applicants refused: Lewisham's own offer-day tables, where we hold them; "not held" means we do not have the figure, not that it was nought.
Moving to Lewisham mid-year
Apply to the council, for any school. Apply on the council's parent portal for primary or secondary schools (residents and non-residents), with the current headteacher's Section 9 form uploaded. The in-year coordinated scheme covers maintained schools and academies that participate; the page names no schools outside it.
- Decision: "This can take up to 15 school days from the date we get your completed application." Portal closed 30 June to 20 July 2026.
- Proof of address: Upload the current year's council tax bill for the home address, and a current child benefit or child tax credit letter for parental responsibility.
