Kinplace on every home you look at.
Open a home on Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket and kinplace shows, beside it, what matters for your family: the school catchments it is in, the price against what similar homes nearby sold for, and flood risk and crime around it.

What it shows on a listing
- Schools: the catchments the home is in.
- Value: the price against what similar homes nearby sold for.
- The area: flood risk and crime around it.
What it reads, and what it doesn't
It reads the address, price and details of the home on the page, and asks kinplace about them. It doesn't change the listing, doesn't add anything to the property site's page, and doesn't read anything else you do in your browser.
