Who pays kinplace, and for what.
Kinplace may suggest a firm that can help with the next step, such as a mortgage broker or a conveyancer. Each one pays kinplace a fee if you use them, and every suggestion says so where it appears. This page lists them all.

What doesn't change
- Schools, homes and places are never ranked or ordered by who pays.
- A partner gets your name, email or phone only if you ask them to contact you, on their offer, and choose what they may have.
- Mortgage brokers are named with their FCA number, in the words the broker has approved.
